Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Video Editing SME/Team Lead to manage and support our video editing team. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on editing expertise, proven team-handling experience, and flexibility with shift timings. This role will also involve overseeing trial projects and ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage,



and support the video editing team on daily deliverables
Review edits and ensure quality standards are met
Handle and coordinate trial projects and client test edits
Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timelines are followed
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to editors
Coordinate with project managers and clients when required
Maintain consistency in editing style and brand guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of qualified experience in video editing
Proven team handling / supervisory experience
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro (FCP) (mandatory)
Valuable understanding of video workflows, formats, and delivery standards
Flexible to work in different shift timings based on project needs

Preferred / Additional Skills:
Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (added advantage)
Experience with DaVinci Resolve (added advantage)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects
