Position Summary

The Resident Construction Manager (RCM) is the overall in-charge of site construction activities and is responsible for secure, timely, cost-effective, and quality execution of EPC projects. The role ensures seamless coordination between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, Planning, HSE, and Client representatives to deliver projects as per contractual commitments.

The RCM acts as Mabel senior site representative and custodian of execution excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification & Experience
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / DME
Experience: 6 to 9 years in EPC / Industrial Construction
Minimum 3 to 5 years in leadership role as Resident Construction Manager / Site Head
Experience in refinery, petrochemical,paper&pulp;, fertilizer, power, or heavy industrial projects preferred
