A Recruitment Manager Overseas Hiring is responsible for planning and executing international recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire talent from overseas markets while ensuring compliance with immigration and labor regulations.

Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement overseas recruitment strategies.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate with international recruitment agencies and business partners.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
Handle visa, work permit, immigration, and travel documentation processes.
Ensure compliance with international labor laws and company policies.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate with HR, operations, and department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and workforce planning updates.




Negotiate employment offers and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Attend international job fairs and recruitment events when required.
Enhance employer branding in overseas markets.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in recruitment, with experience in overseas or international hiring preferred.
Solid knowledge of visa processing, immigration procedures, and international recruitment practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment portals.
Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
