Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic Sales Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background to drive B2B sales of industrial products and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical sales experience, excellent customer relationship skills, and a proven ability to generate recent business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Meet customers to understand technical and commercial requirements.
Present, demonstrate, and promote industrial products and solutions.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
Coordinate with engineering, service, and logistics teams for seamless order execution.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate updates in Zoho CRM.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/Technical/Industrial Field Sales .
Experience in industrial products, cranes, material handling equipment, industrial machinery, OEM sales, or engineering solutions .
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred) .
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
