Role & responsibilities
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and prepare the Annual Training Calendar.
Plan and coordinate induction, technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training programs.
Develop training content, SOPs, presentations, and learning materials.
Manage statutory and compliance training (POSH, Factory Act, Fire & Safety, EHS, GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, etc.).
Monitor training effectiveness, competency development, and maintain training MIS reports.
Maintain training records, competency matrices, and update HRMS/LMS.
Drive employee learning, leadership development, succession planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a robust learning culture across the organization.

Preferred candidate profile
MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR (L&D;/Training certification preferred).
58 years of experience in Training & Development/Learning & Development.
Experience in Manufacturing, Poultry, Feed Mill, Food Processing, FMCG, or Agribusiness is preferred.
