Role & responsibilities

Operate and supervise CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machines and CNC Press Brake (Bending) Machines.
Set up machines, tooling, and material for production.
Monitor machine performance and ensure accurate cutting and bending as per design specifications.
Plan and manage daily production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
Allocate daily job work to machine operators and production staff.
Ensure maximum machine utilization and productivity.
Monitor production quality and minimize material wastage.
Coordinate with the design, sales, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
Perform machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and coordinate with service engineers when required.
Maintain daily production reports, machine logs, and job completion records.
Ensure proper handling of raw materials, finished goods, and inventory.




Maintain safe working practices and comply with factory safety standards.
Train and guide junior operators to improve productivity and quality.

Preferred candidate profile
CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machine operation.
CNC Press Brake programming and operation.
Knowledge of CypCut or similar CNC software.
Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings.
Knowledge of sheet nesting and material optimization.
Understanding of fabrication tolerances and quality standards.
Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
