Role & responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS INCLUDING PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• End to end knowledge of O2C function and an ability to keep informed of trends

• Develop action plans to ensure that improvement development plans are achieved.

• Ensure that service levels agreements/KPI is exceeded.

• Overall understanding of processes, continuous improvement work and an ability and

interest in identifying and championing current ideas for possible adoption & transformation

experience is added advantage.

• A proven data analyst with ability to bring out metrics from any given data.

• Maintain day to day operations, administration and communication to Client and

leadership

• Initiate meetings with various stakeholders to communicate the process deliveries and

• Develop and maintain relationships with external system owners and vendors

• Ensure Internal Control compliance and External Audit requirements are met at all times
