Job Description Commercial Billing Trainee (6-Month Internship)

Department: Commercial

Duration: 6 Months

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent (Freshers)

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and processing customer invoices in SAP ERP.
Verify sales orders, pricing, taxes, and billing details before invoice generation.
Support commercial documentation and maintain billing records.
Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, Warehouse, and Finance teams for smooth billing operations.
Assist with GST-related documentation and billing reports.
Perform other commercial and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Skills Required
Basic knowledge of accounting and commercial processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to SAP ERP is an added advantage.
Positive communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
