Job Description
Record accounting transactions on daily basis
Record petty cash expenses on weekly basis
Do monthly basis bank reconciliation
Make TDS Summary for every month
Using bank plugin option through Tally Prime/ Tally ERP9 to make Vendor payment
Check purchase requisition for required material
TDS calculation Payment
GST Computation input output working
Working Experience in Tally Prime
Ensuring Protected Keeping of all voucher, files and related documents
Petty Cash Maintaining and monitoring the same to avoid unnecessary expenses
Calculation of outstanding debtor and creditors
Handling Queries and Coordination with vendors and other Employees
Verification and Payment of Invoices
TAX Working in GST, TDS and Service TAX
All banking activities
Processing day to day accounting entries

Work experience (Min. Max.): 3+ Years

Functional Area: Finance Department

Industry: Real Estate, Leasing, Investments, Infrastructure etc

Annual salary:



18k to 35K (As per Market Standard/Industry Practice )

Desired profile of the candidate
As a Compliance Officer with all respective statutory obligations
To handle TDS and GST RETURNS
ERP
To handle individual AUDIT/ with GST and TDS Returns
To have knowledge of RERA Compliance
To possess knowledge of Income Tax Act, Companies Act, CA INTER / ICWA INTER
MS OFFICE ( EXCEL Advance Excel) MIS Reports etc

Basic / UG Qualification: C. A or C.A Inter/ CFA B.Com/B.B.A from reputed institute (M.com and/or M.B.A in finance from reputed institute)
