Responsible for all IR & HR of Automobile Manufacturing Plant near Trichy. Handle IR issues, Contract Labour Management, Payroll, Safety / PCB matters ,Statutory Viz: ESI ,PF etc. Report to the Plant Head.

Required Candidate profile

MLM/ MSW/ MBA (HR).Exp.10- 15Yrs HR, IR, Statutory Compliances in a Factory. Liaison with Govt agencies. Tamil speaking, reading & writing a must. Prefer candidates willing to relocate to Trichy.
