We are looking for HR Executive for ENDEVOR IT SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. at Indore

Qualification Required:-

PG in HR/ Diploma
Handling end to end Recruitment process.
Identify the source for hiring (advertisement, job portals, internal references)
Browsing through job portals to find out suitable candidate for the require positions.
Interacting with and supplying information to employees, department heads, and job applicants.
Assisting in other HR related work
Should have knowledge of salary components and statutory deductions
Coordinating with candidates and Head of the department to schedule the interview.
Joining formalities of employees.

Job Responsibilities:-
Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
Setting appointments and arranging meetings
Maintaining calendars of HR management team
Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets

Must be graduate
