We are Looking For a Executive Assistant to add to our Team. Location- Plot 267, JLPL Industrial Area, Sector-82, Mohali Experience- 6 months 2 years (preferred) Job Type- Full Time Available Shift Timings:
10:00 AM 7:00 PM
11:00 AM 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilites

Qualification
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations.
Maintain employee attendance, records, and documentation.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility requirements.
Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing company events.
Handle documentation, filing, record management, and compliance-related tasks.
Support onboarding and administrative requirements for recent employees.
Maintain and update internal reports, trackers, and operational records.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistical arrangements when required.
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed effectively.
Solid English communication skills (verbal & written).




Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
Robust coordination and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
