F&V; Quality Executive

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented F&V; Quality Executive to ensure the quality, freshness, and safety of fruits and vegetables across procurement, storage, and distribution operations.

What Youll Do
Inspect fruits and vegetables for quality, freshness, grading, and defects
Ensure adherence to FSSAI and food safety standards
Monitor storage conditions, temperature, and shelf life
Conduct quality checks across warehouses and retail points
Identify and report damages, spoilage, and rejection issues
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to maintain quality standards
Maintain quality reports and compliance documentation
Audit vendors and farmers for quality compliance





What Were Looking for
Robust knowledge of F&V; grading and quality standards
Understanding of post-harvest handling and cold chain management
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
Positive communication and coordination skills
