Own the entire admissions funnel for the school's first academic session from the first enquiry to fee deposit and act as the face of a reputed school chain for prospective parents during the pre-launch phase.

Preferred candidate profile

What you'll do: Own the complete admissions funnel single-handedly enquiries, campus tours, parent counseling, follow-ups, and enrolments. Host open houses and orientation events. Report funnel metrics weekly to leadership.

What we're looking for: Graduate (MBA/PG preferred) with 58 years in school or education-sector admissions/counseling. Outstanding English & Hindi communication. CRM proficiency (LeadSquared/Meritto or similar). A warm, persuasive, parent-first approach. Recent-school launch experience is a big plus.
