Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned skilled to lead the Supply Chain Management (SCM) function at our Bhopal plant. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, preferably within the sheet metal industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee procurement, logistics, vendor management, and inventory control.
Drive cost optimization and efficiency across the supply chain.
Develop and implement strategies for timely material availability and smooth production flow.
Build solid supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Lead a team of SCM professionals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:
Minimum 20 years of experience in SCM, with leadership exposure in manufacturing.
Robust preference for candidates from the sheet metal industry.
Proven track record in strategic planning, vendor development, and operational excellence.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
