Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective agency development strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain solid relationships with agents, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve agent productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.




Identify and mitigate risks associated with agency development, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in agency development and management within the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of the insurance product lifecycle and sales process.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results-driven performance.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
