Require an energetic Social Media Specialist for our Company-Ash Theory / Charcoal Threads (Premium Fashion Label)

Role & responsibilities:
Own and execute content calendars across Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest for both brands.
Plan and shoot photos/videos independently for day to day content, BTS and quick turnaround. post (product shots, reels, stories)
Write on-brand captions, manage community engagement, DMs, and comment moderation.
Brief video and design teams on content requirements for larger campaign assets and cinematic reels
Plan and run collection launches, sales, and BTS content series across platforms
Track engagement metrics, follower growth, and content performance; optimize based on data
Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes relevant to premium fashion brands





Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 5 years' experience managing social handles for a recognized apparel/fashion brand(mandatory)
Hands-on skills in photography and videography comfortable shooting on DSLR/mirrorless high-end phone setups with basic lighting/composition knowledge.
Basic editing skills (Lightroom/CapCut/Premiere) for quick-turnaround content
Robust grasp of Instagram trends, hashtag strategy and premium brand tone of voice.
Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and content scheduling tools
Robust copywriting skills for captions, bios, and campaign messaging
