The role involves product presentation, maintaining store standards, and building robust relationships with customers to ensure a premium shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Demonstrate and explain features, quality, and value of gold, diamond, and precious stone jewellery.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain proper display and cleanliness of jewellery counters.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing as per store procedures.
Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and custom.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to deliver presentations and negotiate contracts.
Customer Engagement
Greet customers warmly and approach them proactively
Start conversations to understand customer needs
Explain product features, perks, and offers clearly
Maintain a friendly and skilled attitude at all times.

Highlight unique selling points (USPs)
Distribute samples, brochures, or promotional materials

Sales Support
