We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate to join our Revenue Cycle Management team at Aster Global Centre - India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in healthcare management and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance overall performance.
Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide training and support to junior staff members.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with revenue cycle operations.
