Role & responsibilities
Act as the Management Representative (MR) for the Quality Management System.
Lead the Quality Assurance department and ensure compliance with customer and ISO requirements.
Prepare and successfully handle customer quality audits and compliance reviews.
Develop, maintain, and improve QMS documentation and procedures.
Plan and conduct Internal Audits and Management Review Meetings (MRM).
Implement and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) for manufacturing processes.
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and customer complaint resolution.
Manage calibration schedules for gauges, measuring instruments, and inspection equipment.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma improvement initiatives.
Work closely with the management team to improve manufacturing quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.




Ensure quality awareness and customer-focused culture across the organization.

Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
3 to 6 years of experience in Quality Assurance and QMS.
Experience as Management Representative (MR) is preferred.
Solid exposure to customer quality audits in manufacturing industries.
Practical knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, CAPA, and RCA.
Hands-on experience with mechanical measuring instruments and calibration systems.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to relocate to Nashik if currently based elsewhere.
