Typing of all internal medical reports.
Typing of medical certificates of patients.
Ensure that the typed reports are correct.
Co-ordinate with the Front Office Executives, Doctors for the Discharge Summaries, Radiology.
Ensure that the reports / certificates are all typed within time.
To get the reports / certificates / summaries checked from the Doctors.
Maintain a positive relationship with all the departments.
To formulate the Process Improvement programs and carry on Quality Initiatives in the department.
To perform all other jobs as may be assigned due to exigencies of work.
