Responsibilities :-
Monitoring the critical process parameters during the shift.
Involve in actual operation of Mill as and when required.
Experience in Production activities related to 4 HI, 20 HI, 6HI Mill.
Maintaining valuable house keeping during the shift.
Ensuring positive productivity & yield of processed coils.
Interaction with Maintenance dept regarding breakdown & shut down during the shift.
Interaction with QAD Roll shop and PPC regarding quality & planning
Details entry in the logbook, log sheet & Lan regarding all shift activities.
Enduring that the records are duly maintained.
Informing section head in case of any abnormality observed during shift.
Calibrating thickness measuring gauge & maintaining other process control parameters.




Working as per the procedure and following the instruction given by seniors.
Desired Candidate :-
Candidate should have BE in Mechanical Engineering with through out First Division in Qualification.
Candidate should have knowledge to work on 4 HI, 20 HI, 6HI Mill.
Candidate should have experience to work in large steel plant.
Computer Skilled :-
Computer usage for Performance monitoring: Developed periodical performance monitoring system through SAP
with extensive use of computers at all levels.

Quality Management Systems :-
Implementation of ISO-10006, ISO- 50001, ISO- 9000, ISO- 9001, ISO- 2008, EMS 14001, OHAS -18001 systems.
