Ability to read engineering drawings and perform production-related calculations.
Experience in Jigs & Fixture, production planning, rejection & loss control.
Robust knowledge of manpower management, productivity improvement, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen.
Positive communication and shop-floor management skills.
