Role & responsibilities We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visual content for a variety of digital and print media to support the college's branding, marketing, and communication efforts. You will collaborate with different departments to design engaging materials that reflect the colleges mission and enhance its visibility both on campus and in the broader community.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visual content for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and event programs.

Create digital assets for the college's website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.

Develop and maintain the colleges brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all media.

Work closely with marketing, admissions, and other departments to understand design needs and deliver high-quality visual materials on time.

Assist with photo editing, video production, and other multimedia projects as needed.

Manage and organize digital files, assets,



and design resources.

Support the development of promotional materials for college events, faculty, student initiatives, and other activities.

Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technology to ensure the colleges visuals remain fresh and relevant

Preferred candidate profile Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Robust portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a quick-paced setting.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Knowledge of web design principles and experience with web content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

Experience in photography or video editing is a plus.
