We are looking for a proactive Relationship Manager with experience in e-commerce marketplaces to manage client relationships, understand business requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain solid client relationships through regular communication.
Take periodic feedback from clients and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams including Marketplace, Design, Content, and Performance Marketing.
Assign tasks to relevant team members and monitor execution.
Follow up on task progress and ensure timely completion.
Maintain project timelines and provide regular updates to clients.




Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Identify opportunities for account growth and process improvement.

Requirements
13 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Relationship Management.
Hands-on knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.
Robust communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; project management tools are a plus.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
