Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and customize Android System UI components (Status Bar, Navigation Bar, Notifications).

Implement and enhance focus handling mechanisms for seamless user interaction across applications.

Work on framework-level UI integrations within Android (AOSP/System UI layer).

Collaborate with platform, middleware, and application teams to ensure smooth UI behavior across the system.

Debug and resolve UI/UX issues related to rendering, performance, and responsiveness.

Optimize UI components for performance, scalability, and stability in embedded/automotive settings.

Ensure compliance with Android UI/UX guidelines and platform standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

Solid experience in Android development (Java/Kotlin).

Hands-on experience with Android System UI / AOSP customization.

Expertise in:

Notification framework





Status Bar & Navigation Bar customization

Focus management (key events, input handling, navigation)

Valuable understanding of Android Framework internals.

Experience in debugging UI issues using tools (ADB, Logcat, Systrace, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Automotive Android (AAOS) or embedded systems.

Familiarity with service-oriented architecture (SOME/IP, middleware layers).

Exposure to performance tuning and UI responsiveness optimization.
