About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented accounting professionals to join our US Accounting team. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work with US-based hospitality businesses and gain hands-on experience in accounting, payroll, taxation, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.

Fresh graduates with solid accounting fundamentals and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks and M3 Accounting Software.
Record accounting transactions in journals, ledgers, and other financial records.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Assist in US payroll processing and tax compliance activities.
Prepare financial reports and management reports.
Perform ratio analysis and financial statement analysis.
Compare budgets with actual financial performance and identify variances.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.




Support statutory and financial audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and standard operating procedures.
Handle ad hoc accounting and finance projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
B.Com, M.Com, or CA Intermediate.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Willingness to learn US accounting standards and processes.
