Managing entire Stores/Logistics functions for Mfg Plant of Chiller Packages, Pacakaged Air Conditioners, Ductable Split Units, Other Air conditioning packages like LTR with volume of over 250 Cr

Close coordination with PPC, Procurement QA, Production for smooth production operations.

Inventory management and daily/weekly reconciliation

Managing inward and outward in stores

Coordinating internal teams

Maintaining inventory stock, Stock taking and Audits

Preparing GRN on regular basis

Stocking in warehouse after its receipt and issuing as per requirement

Managing / Disposal off Scrap/RTS with the help of PED

Responsible for the smooth operation of all store keeping operations

Keeping records for stores operations

Maintaining Housekeeping/Safety/5S of store Area

Updating internal customers for their requirements on regular basis

Report for inventory variance to the Management/Prepare MIS report for Top Management.

Prepare and Maintain GRN, Inventory, Inward / outward register, Rejection report, Scrap disposal records,



Returnable / non-returnable gate pass.

Responsible for coordination with dispatch for spares

Transfer of material between stores/warehouses/other plants

Result oriented person with valuable exposure to Store & Logistics function in Make to stock, Make to Order, Engineered to Order manufacturing setup with volume of over 100 Cr

Positive knowledge about Air Conditioning products, Inventory management, Stores operations

Hands on experience in MRP/ERP softwares for warehousing/material/production planning

Valuable understanding of SCM concepts, W/H management, Inventory Management principles

Sound knowledge of SAP, ERP
