Role & responsibilities -

Role &Responsibilities;:

Create production plan and schedule according to Sales requirement.

Responsible for MIS data collection monthly basis and to present top management.

Monitor production status and ensure timely customer delivery.

Determine production schedule based on available plant capacity, material and manpower

Work on reducing process Cycle Time in department, Reduce Non-value-added activities, controlling

Raw Material and WIP Inventory.

Evaluate monthly delivery performance wrt customer requirement and our commitment both.

Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.

Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.

Poke Yoke implementation using Different types (X-ray, Vision System & Sensor Based)

Fixture & tooling implementation for running & new projects.

Assist in recent product development and enhancements.

Conduct meetings to keep track of project schedules with project team.

Handle and attend the line stoppages,



which may be due to quality issues, material issue,

equipment failure or associates-based issues.

Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.

Responsible for the smooth flow of material and ensure accomplishment of order within a given

deadline and Work-out & Establish the Order to Dispatch Lead Time.

Maintain and follow IATF , VDA procedures & work instruction, keep & updates the related records,

take corrective and preventive actions on the non-conformities observed and actions taken for

continual improvements

Leading recent projects in plant and reviews with Plant CFT updates to top management.

Preparation & presentation of recent development activity to management in MRM.

Customer Handled Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, FIAT, Volkswagen, Bajaj
