Should have sound knowledge in Enablon and need to support P1,P2,P3 P4 tickets in L1,L2,L3 scope.
Resolve complex application errors, manage access controls, and address user-reported bugs in production and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) settings.
Operational Maintenance: Administer Enablon servers, support software deployments, and manage routine upgrades
Need to troubleshoot technical issues in L1,L2 L3 scope, configure modules (like Risk, Incident Management, and ESG), maintain workflows, and ensure the platform aligns with regulatory requirements
