JobResponsibilities :

CSR&SustainabilityInitiatives;
DevelopandalignCSRstrategieswithcompanyvalues.
Identifysocial/environmentalneedsthroughstakeholderinput.
PlanandexecuteCSRprograms(education,sustainability,etc.).
Collaboratewithinternalteamsandexternalpartners.
BuildpartnershipswithNGOs,government,andcommunities.
Prepareproposals,budgets,andtimelinesforCSRprojects.
Monitorprojectprogressandreportoutcomestomanagement.
ManageCSRbudgets efficiently.
Organizeemployeeengagementandvolunteeringactivities.
EnsureCSRcompliancewithlegalandregulatorynorms.




StayupdatedonCSRtrendsandbestpractices.
RepresentthecompanyatCSReventsandforums.

Accounting&FinanceSupport;
RecorddailytransactionsinTallyERP.
Handlejournalentries,purchases,sales,andexpenses.
Managepettycashandperform bankreconciliations.
Prepareandverifysales/purchaseinvoices.
Followuponpaymentsandbilling.
AssistinGSTandTDSfilingandcompliance.
Maintainaccuratefinancialrecordsanddocuments.
Generatebasicfinancialreports(P&L;,BalanceSheet).
Supportauditpreparationsandcoordinatewithauditors.
Communicatewithvendors/clientsprofessionallyinEnglish.
Assistsenioraccountantsandsupportadminfunctions.

SkillsRequired:
Fresherswithexposuretosocialwork,NGOs,orCSRactivities.
StrongunderstandingofCSRconcepts,principles,andbestpractices.
Familiaritywithsocialissues,communitydevelopment,andenvironmentalsustainability.
