Role & responsibilities
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SD-WAN environments.
Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network infrastructure.
Manage and support Fortinet devices, including FortiGate firewalls.
Monitor network performance and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
Configure and troubleshoot site-to-site VPN and remote access VPN connections.
Perform firewall policy management, NAT configuration, and security rule implementation.
Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for network-related incidents.
Manage network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with customers, ISPs, and vendors to resolve network issues.
Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and configuration backups.

Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and best practices

Preferred candidate profile





Location prefered virar/vasai.
Min 6 months of experience in Network Support or Managed Network Services.
Hands-on experience with SD-WAN deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Solid knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting site-to-site and remote access VPNs.
Hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, security policies, NAT, IPS, SSL VPN, and IPsec VPN.
Experience working in a Managed Services (MSP/NOC) workplace is preferred.
Knowledge of network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.

Experience with incident, change, and problem management processes
