Exp 10 to 12 Yrs
Solid experience as a Scrum Master in Automotive Embedded Software projects.
Hands-on understanding of Classic AUTOSAR Architecture.
Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Track sprint progress, velocity, burn-down charts, and team performance metrics.
Identify, manage, and remove project impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
Coordinate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized product backlog.
Collaborate with global customers, architects, functional safety teams, and software developers.
Drive release planning and milestone tracking for automotive software programs.
Ensure compliance with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) and Agile development practices.
Support risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder communication.
Facilitate cross-functional coordination among software, testing, integration, and validation teams.
