Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and production requirements. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of machine operations, measuring instruments, and quality standards while maintaining a secure and organized work setting.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC Turning and/or CNC Milling machines.
Load raw materials and unload finished components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Perform machine offsets and basic tool changes as required.
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
Monitor machine performance and ensure product quality throughout production.
Record production and inspection data accurately.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
Report machine issues or defects to the supervisor promptly.
