Role & responsibilities
Perform organic synthesis and laboratory experiments as per project requirements.
Execute R&D; activities and support current product/process development.
Maintain accurate records of experiments, observations, and results.
Collect and analyze data related to custom synthesis, analytical development, and impurity profiling.
Coordinate with the Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) team for project execution.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System standards.
Follow ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and procedures.
Maintain laboratory documentation, quality records, and technical reports.
Contribute cutting-edge ideas and recommend patent protection for novel developments when applicable.
Follow team instructions, ensure protected laboratory practices, and support timely completion of R&D; projects.

Preferred candidate profile

1+ Year experience in R&D; Chemist, synthesis Chemistry, R&D; Research, Process development,Organic chemistry.
