Job Responsibilities

Execution as per planning

Maintenance & upkeep activities of Industrial Buildings

Co-ordination with contractor, users & consultants

Project execution as per Drawing & Schedule

Project progress monitoring & management

Preparation of daily MIS reports

Site execution as per safety compliance

Project quality control & documentation

Bill checking and verification with documentation for payment.

Construction execution as per relevant IS Codes, By-laws & Specifications

Competencies / Skills

Basic software: MS office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

Technical skills- Site Construction, Project Development, Industrial buildings maintenance, Brownfield project and repairs

Preferable:

Civil software- AutoCAD

Project Management: MS Project
