Break the single-product dependence by growing non-CHELON lines the way the Aluva territory already does, and extend retail coverage into West Kochi, where Tzana.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Increase the share of non-CHELON products across existing city accounts replicate the range mix Aluva achieves (nasal drops, VIN-C, Zana soap moving in volume) inside city and hospital retail base.
Open current retail chemist outlets in West Kochi (Fort Kochi, Mattancherry, Palluruthy, Thoppumpady) and other thin beats; build a structured daily beat plan.
Generate prescriptions by detailing GPs, paediatricians and ENT specialists for nasal drops, VIN-C and CALCIN.
Ensure product availability and visibility at the counter; manage merchandising, near-expiry and secondary sales.




Work with distributors to place primary orders that reflect the full range, not just the flagship.
Track outlet-level product spread and report recent-outlet additions weekly.

REQUIREMENTS

24 years pharmaceutical retail / prescription sales, ideally with Ernakulam beat knowledge.
Familiarity with chemist networks and doctor coverage in Kochi; comfort opening new outlets from scratch.
Any graduate; science/pharma background preferred.
Strong Malayalam and working English; own two-wheeler and valid licence.

SUCCESS IN 6 MONTHS LOOKS LIKE

Non-CHELON monthly value in the city territory materially up (benchmark: ~56k/month range sales) • a defined set of recent active West-Kochi retail outlets • measurable multi-product spread per outlet.
