Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Consultant (Sr. BPC) to lead business transformation initiatives and guide clients in maximizing the value of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, architects, and implementation teams to assess current-state processes, design future-state solutions, and ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow best practices.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of experience in business process consulting, IT consulting, or enterprise transformation programs.
5+ years of ServiceNow implementation and consulting experience.




Solid understanding of business process design, workflow optimization, and service management principles.
Experience facilitating executive and stakeholder workshops.
Proven ability to lead requirements gathering and process redesign initiatives.
