Job Role
Lead internal audits covering systems, process adherence, compliance, risk controls, and management system effectiveness across the site.

Job Responsibilities
Plan and conduct system and process audits, identify compliance gaps, review effectiveness of internal systems, issue audit findings, monitor corrective actions, and strengthen governance standards across departments.

Job Deliverables
Robust audit coverage, actionable audit findings, timely closure of non-conformities, improved process adherence, and stronger compliance culture.

Qualification
BE B.Tech + Certification in ISO Internal and Lead Auditing System

Nature of Experience
Internal audits, ISO systems, process compliance, management systems,



governance reviews, and operational assurance in industrial settings.

Industry Preference
Large Manufacturing Petrochemical Refinery PVC Chlor-Alkali Fertilizer Industrial Governance Environments

Preferred Exposure
ISO systems, internal audits, process compliance systems, governance strengthening, and risk-based audit planning.

Broad Attributes of the Incumbent
Objective, ethical, thorough, tactful, evidence-based, and solid in analytical review and reporting.

Key Interfaces
Operations, Maintenance, HSEF, Planning, QA/QC, HR, Finance, SCM, Administration, and site leadership.
