Servicing Branch Customers and maintaining branch operation in-line with Audit Compliance requirements.
Execute area mapping, cold calls and BTL activities to meet acquisition targets.
Complete accurate AOF/KYC and ensure CKYC submission without errors.
Cross sell insurance/investments and activate digital banking for all recent customers.
Manage assigned portfolio for balances, usage and service requests within TAT.
