Roles and Responsibility
Manage and supervise a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor and control operational expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Team Leader in Operations or a related field.
Solid understanding of CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO principles and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience with process improvement initiatives and change management.
