ServiceNow IRM Senior Developer

Role Summary

Responsible for designing, configuring, and extending ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions with robust hands on expertise across Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk, and integrated workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, VRM).
Develop advanced Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer flows.
Build and customize risk scoring models, control objectives, assessments, issues, and remediation workflows.
Integrate IRM with CMDB, SecOps, ITSM, TPRM, external GRC tools, and data sources.
Create executive dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics.
Support upgrades, patching, and regression testing across ServiceNow releases.
Troubleshoot complex platform/configuration issues and optimize performance.




Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
4 8+ years on ServiceNow platform, 2+ years on IRM/GRC.
Robust JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
Solid understanding of risk, controls, compliance frameworks, and audit concepts.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Certifications (Preferred)
ServiceNow CSA, CIS-IRM
IT Risk / GRC / Security certifications are an advantage
