Orientation Training
Induction training of Recent Joinee staff.
Successful completion of OSCE within 30 days of joining.
Handholding of recent joinees.
In-service education:
Incident based improvement training.
Department specific module based training.
Mandatory trainings.
Training on JCI, NABH standards & guidelines.
BLS/ACLS trainings.
Infection control training.
Fire Safety
Radiation Safety.
POCT
FMS
Continuous nursing education.
Refresher trainings.
Training Reports to be submitted to Head of Nursing education:
Monthly training summary of the department.
Employee training hours data
Quality improvement projects
Identifying Gaps
Collecting baseline data
Analyzing the deviations
Improving the process
Holding the Gains.
Nursing Excellence
Updating of Quality Indicators on daily basis.
Incidents analysis.




Closure of all incidents with RCA & CAPA (within TAT) along with Nursing Quality.
Patient feedback analysis, improvement & closure.
Carrys out duties with due regard to the nursing Mission, Vision, Objectives of the organization and the nursing department
Nursing PMS
Monitoring of performance of staff nurses through KRA.
Identification of training needs assessment.
Quality improvement trainings.
Others.
In case of Crisis, management of patient to avoid any delay or compromise in Patient care.

Preferred candidate profile
Appropriate qualification and statutory nursing registration in the state BSC/MSC Nursing
At least 1 year of clinical experience with specialty module training
Positive communication skills, fluency in English & Hindi.
