Job Summary:

The Electrical Engineer is responsible for executing and supervising all electrical works at high-rise residential apartment projects. The role ensures that all electrical systems are installed, tested, and commissioned as per drawings, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation of electrical systems at site
Execute works as per approved drawings and specifications
Handle wiring, cabling, panels, lighting, and power distribution systems
Coordinate with MEP team, civil team, and contractors
Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems
Verify quantities and contractor bills
Troubleshoot electrical issues at site
Maintain reports and documentation

Required Qualifications:




Diploma / B.E in Electrical Engineering
410 years of experience in electrical works

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of electrical systems in high-rise buildings
Drawing reading and execution skills
Knowledge of HT/LT systems, panels, and wiring
Site supervision and contractor management
Basic AutoCAD and MS Excel knowledge

Preferred Experience:
Experience in high-rise residential apartment projects (Preferred)
Exposure to complete electrical project lifecycle
