Shift Timing: General Shift 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Employment Type: 6 Months Contract- 1 year (Convertible to Full-Time based on Performance)

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and research-driven Candidate Sourcer – Recruiter to support hiring across Consulting, Techno-Functional, and Corporate domains. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing top talent from leading consulting firms, technology organizations, and industry sectors. This role requires solid sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build robust talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.

Source candidates for Consulting and Techno-Functional roles across domains such as Strategy, Transformation, Procurement, Supply Chain, SAP, Salesforce, and Data Analytics.





Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Mapping, and Market Research.

Conduct candidate outreach, engagement, and initial screening calls.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

Share market intelligence, talent trends, and competitor insights with hiring teams.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment workflows in Workday ATS or similar platforms.

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, providing regular hiring updates and pipeline status.

Support sourcing process improvements and mentor junior sourcing team members when required.
