Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of bakery production machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures to minimize downtime.
Carry out routine inspection, lubrication, alignment, and replacement of mechanical components.
Maintain and service conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, compressors, motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Support installation, commissioning, and modification of current production equipment.
Execute machine overhauls and planned shutdown maintenance activities.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, machine history, and spare parts consumption.
Follow TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and preventive maintenance practices.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, food safety, and EHS standards.
Adhere to LOTO procedures and use appropriate PPE while performing maintenance activities.

Educational Qualification
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
OR
B.Tech/B.E. Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
