Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop recent business opportunities for tractor loans in rural and semi-urban markets.
Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement and collection targets.
Manage and expand relationships with DSA (Direct Sales Agents), dealerships, and rural influencers (e.g., village sarpanch, local traders).
Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs and market trends.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and lead a team of Sales Officers/Executives.
Monitor performance, provide coaching, and ensure productivity.
Conduct regular sales reviews and provide feedback.
Credit & Risk
Ensure proper documentation and credit assessment of customers as per policy.
Collaborate with the credit and operations team for smooth loan processing and disbursal.




Ensure portfolio quality through early fraud detection and robust recovery practices.
Collections & Portfolio Monitoring
Monitor overdue accounts and assist in recovery.
Ensure timely EMIs and reduce NPAs (Non-Performing Assets).
Market Intelligence
Keep track of competitor activities, interest rates, and market dynamics.
Provide inputs for current schemes or process improvements.
