Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Handle leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and walk-in customers.
Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, budget, and interior design requirements.
Conduct site visits and gather project measurements and requirements.
Coordinate with the design team to prepare concepts, layouts, and quotations.
Present design proposals and explain products, materials, timelines, and pricing.
Negotiate and close interior design projects while achieving monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until project confirmation.
Ensure a seamless handover from sales to project execution.
Build long-term relationships with clients and generate referrals.
Update customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, materials, finishes, and competitor offerings.

Preferred candidate profile
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business,



Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
14 years of experience in Interior Design, Modular Furniture, Construction, Real Estate, Home Improvement, or Luxury Retail Sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with a consultative selling approach.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of residential interior design and space planning is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
