About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Private Chef to manage daily meal preparation for a family of two in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing a variety of cuisines, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and creating nutritious, flavorful meals tailored to family preferences.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as required.
Cook a wide range of cuisines, including Indian, Continental, Asian, and other multi-cuisine dishes.
Design weekly and monthly menus based on dietary preferences and seasonal ingredients.
Purchase, inspect, and manage groceries and kitchen supplies when required.
Ensure proper food storage, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene standards at all times.
Prepare meals for guests and special occasions as needed.
Maintain inventory of kitchen essentials and coordinate replenishment.
Adapt recipes and menus based on health,



dietary, or lifestyle requirements.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Private Chef, Personal Chef, Executive Chef, or similar role.
Solid knowledge of multiple cuisines and cooking techniques.
Ability to prepare healthy, balanced, and restaurant-quality meals.
Excellent understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
Skilled, trustworthy, and discreet in a private household setting.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Flexibility to work up to 12 hours per day as required.

Preferred Qualifications
Culinary certification or formal hospitality training.
Previous experience working with HNIs, expat families, or private residences.
Ability to accommodate special dietary requirements (healthy meals, low-carb, vegetarian, etc.).
