Position Title: Senior BIM Modeler-Electrical
Location: Hyderabad
Reports To: BIM Team Lead

Role Description

As a Senior BIM Modeler, you will take on a leadership role in managing complex modeling tasks, ensuring quality control, and mentoring junior staff. You will be pivotal in implementing modeling standards and delivering high-quality outputs that align with project requirements and industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas
Advanced BIM Model Development
Lead and manage advanced modeling tasks using industry-standard software.
Implement modeling standards like ISO 19650 or national BIM mandates.
Create complex parametric models and families tailored to project needs.
Quality Control
Oversee and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of deliverables.
Conduct regular reviews to maintain high standards in modeling workflows.
Leadership and Mentorship
Guide junior staff in their modeling tasks and career development.
Foster a collaborative team workplace by providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
Creative Problem Solving




Utilize advanced tools like Dynamo or Grasshopper to automate and optimize modeling workflows.
Provide solutions to complex modeling challenges within tight deadlines.
Coordination with Stakeholders
Collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to align models with overall project objectives.
Communicate technical insights and solutions to diverse audiences.

Qualifications and Skills Expected

Educational Background
Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical engineering, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency
Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, or similar tools.
Advanced parametric modeling and family creation skills.
Familiarity with ISO 19650 or national BIM standards.

Personal Attributes
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Mentorship capabilities to support junior team members.
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Preferred Knowledge
Prior academic experience with BIM software is an advantage.
Certification in BIM tools will be beneficial.
